This Refunds and Returns Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all products purchased from LITTLE DARLINGS KITCHEN® ABN 36 618 753 727 trading as LITTLE DARLINGS KITCHEN®  including products purchased via the website We reserve the right to update and amend this Policy at any time without specifically notifying you, and any revised version will apply from the time it is published. You should check back from time to time to ensure you are up to date with the current Policy.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, alter, limit or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (as enshrined within Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other statutory condition or statutory warranty that may apply to you in Australia.

Little Darlings Kitchen Refund and Return Policy

LITTLE DARLINGS KITCHEN® will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or replacement within a reasonable period of time where the product is:
    • faulty;
    • damaged;
    • not of a reasonably acceptable quality; or
    • otherwise in breach of your statutory rights
Where there is a failure by us to comply with the list above with respect to the product you have purchased, and the failure is minor, Little Darlings Kitchen will provide you with a refund or replace (at our option) the product as per the details of this Policy outlined below. Where there is a failure to comply (as listed above) with product purchased, and the fault is “major” (as per Australian law) you can reject the goods and get a refund or a replacement (or one of similar value if available), or keep the goods and be compensated for the drop in value. This is your choice pursuant to Australian law.


LITTLE DARLINGS KITCHEN® reserves the right not to offer a refund or replacement where the item fault is a result of misuse, poor storage or neglect. Returns for change of mind are expressly not available. Any refunds or credits will be issued when the goods are received by LITTLE DARLINGS KITCHEN®.

Returning Your Product

Please do not send item(s) back without first contacting our team via If practical we will need you to provide photo evidence of the issues with the product. If you need to request a refund or replacement, please contact us via email at Included with your request must be the following information:
    • A daytime and after hours contact number.
    • A Transaction ID (order number).
    • A brief description of the fault or issue
    • Photo evidence of the issue.
If your product return is accepted and authorized, any refund or replacement will generally be issued within 21 working days from receipt of the returned product. If a refund is authorized, the refund will be rendered using either a direct credit to a credit card, or via an EFT payment into a nominated bank account of your choice. LITTLE DARLINGS KITCHEN® does not issue cheque refunds under any circumstances. Subject at all times to your statutory rights and the Consumer Guarantees referred to above in this Policy that cannot be excluded by law.
