Yia Yia Mary’s Veggie Napolitana Penne

- 2 pouches x Little Darlings Kitchen Veggie Napolitana Sauce
- 500g x Penne Pasta
- 3 tbs x Parmesan Cheese, to serve
- 1 loaf x Garlic Bread, to serve
- Salad to serve
Step 1. Cook the penne as per packet instructions, strain and set aside.
Step 2. Heat the Little Darlings Kitchen Veggie Napolitana Sauce over a low heat, until well heated. Stir occasionally.
Step 3. Top the penne pasta with the sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 4. Serve with crusty garlic bread and salad.

Bring 200g of butter to room temperature and place in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 4 diced garlic cloves, a pinch of pepper and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. Whisk to a smooth paste.
Butter the bread (works best with a thickly sliced loaf) with the mixture and cook in the oven until golden. Serve immediately.
