Mouths it feeds: 4-6
- 1 pouch x Little Darlings Kitchen Moroccan Chickpea
- 4–6 x Chicken Breast Fillets
- Pinch x Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp x Paprika
- 1 tbs x Olive Oil
- 2 cups x Frozen Mixed Veggies, thawed
- 1 tbs x Parsley, chopped.
- 1 x Lemon, quartered.
Step 1. Preheat grill to 200*C.
Step 2. Marinate the chicken breast fillets with salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil.
Step 3. Grill them until cooked through.
Step 4. Whilst the chicken is cooking, steam the mixed veggies.
Step 5. Heat the Little Darlings Kitchen Moroccan Chickpea over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 6. On a plate serve the chicken steamed vegetables and Moroccan Chickpea.
Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
TIP!! When marinating meat, a great way to gauge whether you have marinated enough is with smell. If you can still smell raw meat, it’s an indicator that you need more marinate. Once you can no longer smell raw meat, you know that you have marinated your meat well!
