*RDI (recommended daily intake) of vegetables based on 500g pouch and Australian Dietary Guideline for 2-3 year-olds
Serves – 2 adults or 4 children
Water, Vegetables (39.8%) (Tomato, Carrot, Celery, Zucchini, Onion, Tomato Paste, Leek, Garlic), Lentils (5.7%), Brown Rice (5.24%), Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper.
Keep frozen. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours. Can only be reheated once. Once defrosted DO NOT re-freeze.
Stop Top (recommended only)
In pouch: In a pot, add pouch to boiling water and heat for 5 minutes.
Out of pouch: Pour contents into a saucepan and simmer until heated. Stir frequently and add water if necessary.
Frozen: Remove contents from pouch & warm over low heat to defrost.
Microwave (1000w) (recommended only)
In pouch: Pierce the top of the pouch and place in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
Out of pouch: Place contents in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 3 minutes.
Caution! Pouch and content will be hot after heating.
