1.Where do you deliver to? And what’s the cost?
Our delivery radius is the Sydney Metro area. The cost of delivery is $14.99 per order.
2. Why does delivery cost $14.99?
Whilst we would love to deliver all of your orders ourselves, there are too many to manage personally. So, to ensure our products get delivered to you safely, undamaged and efficiently we have entrusted our deliveries with the best delivery drivers in Sydney. We have also selected our packaging quite carefully to ensure that on the journey from our warehouse to your door, your order remains at the appropriate temperatures to maintain the quality of our food, and therefore the quality of your dining experience with Little Darlings Kitchen. The delivery charge is the cost for us to do this.
3. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Once your order has been placed, you can expect it at your door within 2-3 business days.
4. My order never arrived. What do I do now?
If you have not received your order, or have a question about your order please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
5. The product/s I ordered is not what I expected. Can I return the good(s)?
In the instance where you have a problem with our product of any kind please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
However we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges in the instance where you have changed your mind about your purchase with us.
6. My order arrived damaged / I received the wrong order. What do I do?
Our orders are carefully picked and packed before they are dispatched. In the rare event of the item being damaged in transit, we will replace any damaged product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll rectify this for you straight away. We will ask you to send us a photo of the wrong or the damaged product. This helps us verify what went wrong, so it doesn’t happen again in the future.
7. I have problems ordering online. Can you help?

8. Can I come pick my order?
All our stock is held in a third-party offsite warehouse, and as a result we are unable to offer a pickup service to customers.
9. How do I know if my payment and/or order was successful?
If you have successfully placed an order, you should receive a confirmation email containing a purchase receipt outlining the details of your order. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied during the checkout process.
10. Is your packaging BPA Free?
Absolutely, all our packaging is completely BPA free. At Little Darlings Kitchen we aim to provide the healthiest products to our customers, and we strive to do this across all aspects - from ingredient sourcing, to cooking processes and right through to our packaging material choices.
11. Why are your products frozen and not fresh?
Freezing means we are able to maintain the quality, taste and texture of our food without compromising on its nutritional value. By freezing our food we have been able to avoid other methods of food preservation that severely and adversely affects the nutritional content.
12. I have dietary requirements – do your products cater for me?
Yes! Every single one of our products are DAIRY FREE, EGG FREE & NUT FREE.
13. Do you have any baby products that are smooth in texture?
We do not currently have any purees as part of our product line; however you can puree our products in a blender for younger children who haven’t quite grasped chewing yet!
14. Do you have any preservatives in your products?
NO!! Across all our products you will find absolutely NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURS, NO ARTIFICIAL COLOURS, NO NUMBERS, NO THICKENERS & NO ADDED SUGARS!
15. Can I purchase your products anywhere apart from your website?
